This story is dedicated to my real friend Karen who got driven down by a car in her city and died. I had many deep conversations with Karen, a job in the same place, mutual friends. We visited eachother. Later she got together with a nice man and got a child. I had then been living far away and I didn't know about the accident for quite some time and later visited my friends who still suffered from the loss. They told me, she spiritually, had visited them individually to say goodbye. The racedriver story is purely fictional, but I like to think of Karen when writing this. The writing will be edited, changed and updated as I work on it.
This story is about love and international distress when some UFO technology surface and several groups want to be in on it, preferably only for themselves. Would you be nervous about interstellar travels and thousands of spaceships with laser weapons and nukes on Earth in the hands of random groups? Who is going to end such a distress? Your girlfriend? Would you support her?
